PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Stainless steel cable ties are high-strength, corrosion-resistant devices used for bundling and securing cables, made from high-quality stainless steel (mainly 304 or 316). They are valued for their excellent durability, safety, and wide adaptability. Key features include high strength and rigidity, superior corrosion resistance, resistance to extreme temperatures, fire retardancy, long-term reliability, and electromagnetic compatibility. The strap has unidirectional teeth that engage with the locking head, allowing it to tighten and lock in place, moving in only one direction. Installation is quick, can be done with one hand, and requires no tools (for smaller sizes). These cable ties are commonly used in shipbuilding and marine engineering, petrochemical and power industries, rail transportation, construction and infrastructure, food and pharmaceutical sectors, new energy applications, and high-temperature environments. During installation, avoid twisting; do not damage the cable insulation when bundling; for sensitive or delicate surfaces, consider using cable ties with PVC coatings. Regular inspections are recommended; in extreme or critical environments, it is advisable to periodically check the cable ties for tightness and any signs of corrosion.
