PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

LYF copper tube terminals, also known as copper wire connectors or copper straight-through tubes, are threadless connectors used for butt joining, extending, or branching conductors of electrical wires and cables (especially copper wires). They securely connect two or more wires inside the metal tube through cold crimping, forming a low-resistance, high-mechanical-strength, and reliable electrical connection. LYF is a common designation in its model series, usually representing specific sizes and structures. The product features high conductivity and premium copper material, ensuring high current transmission efficiency and low temperature rise; cold crimp connections avoid issues of cold solder joints and heat-affected zones, with connection points having high mechanical strength and good resistance to vibration and tension; no heating or special skills are required, and standard tools can quickly complete the connection; the crimping forms a close metallic lattice bond between the wire and the copper tube, resulting in contact resistance far lower than that of threaded connections. Additionally, it is relatively low in cost, stable in performance, and has a long service life. Compared to terminal blocks, it occupies less space, making it especially suitable for confined spaces. The main uses are divided into four points. First, wire butt joining and extension, reliably connecting two wires with the same or similar cross-sectional area in a straight line. Second, wire branching, enabling connection from a main wire to multiple branch wires (requiring branch-type terminals). Third, conductor conversion, providing connection between wires of different specifications or types (requiring the corresponding model). Fourth, repair and maintenance, replacing damaged wire sections in circuit maintenance or extending existing wires. It is used in power engineering, construction projects, industrial equipment, rail transit, new energy, communication and data centers, and household appliance repairs.
