PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

HNB Fork-Type Bare Terminal (also known as Y-type terminal) is a crimping electrical connection terminal with a forked "Y" shape at the front end and a wire crimp barrel at the rear end. It is specially designed for circuits that require frequent plugging and unplugging or temporary connections, balancing reliable contact with operational convenience.

Application fields include electrical control cabinets, instruments and meters, automotive wiring harnesses, industrial equipment, and low-voltage distribution. Its advantages are as follows: first, easy plugging and unplugging, avoiding thread damage; second, quick connection/disconnection, supporting high-frequency maintenance; third, vibration resistance with a large contact area; fourth, preventing loosening and performing well in industrial environments. Most importantly, it is safe and reliable and facilitates wire organization.

The terminal body is made of high-conductivity copper (H62-H68) with conductivity ≥98% IACS and an anti-oxidation coating. The surface is tin-plated for low cost and rust prevention. The product features and advantages can be summarized as follows: reliable contact—forked design provides double-sided contact, better heat dissipation than O-type terminals, reducing contact resistance by about 30%; installation does not require completely removing bolts, saving 40% maintenance time; tin plating passes a 96-hour salt spray test, suitable for environments with humidity below 85%.
