PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The GPH 90° copper tube terminal is an electrical connector bent at a 90° right angle, professionally designed for terminating copper tubular conductors. Its main function is to achieve safe, efficient, and low-resistance electrical connections between wires and equipment terminals, while optimizing spatial layout through its mechanical bent structure. Its core applications include power distribution systems, industrial control and automation, new energy sectors, rail transit, building electrical systems, and data centers. The conductor is made of high-purity T2 copper (TU2) with a conductivity of ≥98%. The copper material has excellent electrical conductivity, ductility, and fatigue resistance, ensuring long-term reliability of the connection. The product features low contact resistance, reducing heat generation and energy loss. It has strong pull-out resistance at the crimp point, a right-angle design that resists vibration and twisting, and high space efficiency.
