PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Nylon waterproof connectors, also known as cable waterproof connectors, cable glands, or gland heads, are key industrial components used when cables pass through equipment enclosures to achieve sealing, fixation, insulation, and protection. They are widely used in electrical connection scenarios that require prevention of water, dust, oil, and other contaminant intrusion.

The main purpose and core function are sealing and protection. They prevent foreign substances such as water, dust, oil, and chemical liquids from entering the inside of the equipment enclosure, protecting internal electrical components. They can also clamp the cable, relieve stress, and prevent the cable from loosening due to external pulling or equipment vibration, ensuring a reliable connection. Additionally, they provide extra mechanical protection and electrical insulation for the cable, preventing short circuits caused by cable sheath wear.
