Description

Precision Connection, Maximum Protection – Engineered for Harsh Electrical Environments

Pre-Insulated Nylon Sleeve
High-density Nylon sleeves pre-crimped onto terminals, withstand-20°C to +80°C, resisting oil, moisture, and vibration. No heat shrink needed– 50% faster installation.

Military-Grade Conductivity
Tin-plated brass core, conductivity ≥28%. Tested at20A continuous current, crimping resistance ≤0.5mΩ.

Anti-Mismatch Color Coding
Red/blue/yellow sleeves follow industry polarity standards, reducing misconnection risks by 90%.

3-Second Crimping
Streamlined bullet shape works with standard crimpers (AWG 22-10).Solder-free, reliable connection in 3 seconds.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

RNB round bare terminals, also known as "round crimp terminals," "O-type terminals," or "round non-insulated terminals," are metal connectors used for the end treatment of electrical wires and cables. They feature a closed circular ring at the tip, secured to a terminal post with a bolt or screw, providing a reliable and detachable electrical connection. The name "RNB" is usually a product series code used by manufacturers, representing a specific style and standard. Their primary purpose is to achieve permanent crimping connections between wires and equipment terminals (such as circuit breakers, contactors, terminal blocks, switches, transformer terminals, etc.) while still allowing detachable connections. Their core functions include easy installation and removal for equipment maintenance; providing low-resistance, high-strength electrical connections superior to direct winding; compressing stranded wires to prevent fraying, short circuits, or oxidation; and keeping internal wiring in electrical cabinets tidy, standardized, and easily identifiable. They are used in industrial control cabinets, power distribution systems, mechanical equipment, rail transit and ship electrical systems, and new energy fields.
