BHT is an electrical connector that integrates insulation, sealing, protection, and permanent connection into one device. It combines standard crimp-type metal terminals with prefabricated heat shrink tubing into a single unit. Core function: it completes electrical connection, mechanical fixation, and insulation protection of wires in one step without the need for additional tools or materials. Meaning of "inline connection": it is specifically used to connect the ends of two or more wires (usually two) together, achieving wire extension or parallel wiring to form a "T" or straight-through connection point.
Due to its reliability and convenience, BHT370PCS is widely used in applications requiring reliable insulation, moisture-proofing, and corrosion resistance, such as automotive industry, marine electrical systems, outdoor equipment, industrial equipment, communications and networking, and home appliance repair. It is made of high-purity electrolytic copper, usually with a tin-plated surface, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Tin plating prevents copper oxidation, enhances solderability, and ensures a more stable, low-resistance connection.
The product's advantages lie in its integrated design, which simplifies inventory and operation, eliminating the need to prepare terminals and sleeves separately. It also offers excellent sealing, with inner wall hot-melt adhesive providing 360° all-around sealing. The protection rating can reach IP67 or higher, effectively resisting moisture, salt spray, acids, alkalis, and dust. Additionally, after shrinking, it provides good mechanical strain relief, preventing connectors from loosening due to vibration. It has high insulation resistance and good voltage withstand performance. The product is easy to install, durable, aging-resistant, UV-resistant (for some models), flame-retardant, and has a long service life. Installation quality can also be visually checked by observing if the hot-melt adhesive has overflowed and whether the sleeve fits snugly.
